Sacred Sisterhood Circle
A Guided Circle for Healing, Growth & Authentic Connection
"Alone we survive. Together we remember our strength."

Welcome to the Circle
Some of the deepest healing happens when we are truly seen, heard, and accepted.
For thousands of years, circles have been a place where people gathered to share wisdom, tell stories, seek guidance, celebrate milestones, and support one another through life's challenges. The Sacred Sisterhood Circle continues this tradition by offering women a safe, intentional space to connect, learn, and grow together.
This is more than a monthly gathering.
It is a community.
A place where authentic relationships are nurtured, healthy boundaries are honored, and every woman is welcomed with compassion and respect.
Whether you are seeking connection, navigating a life transition, rebuilding after hardship, or simply looking for a community where you can be yourself, there is a place for you here.

Why We Gather
At Sacred Innergy, we believe healing is not something that happens in isolation.
While personal reflection is important, lasting transformation often happens when we experience healthy relationships—relationships where we are accepted without judgment, encouraged to grow, and supported as we discover our own inner wisdom.
The Sacred Sisterhood Circle was created to foster that kind of community.
Every gathering is intentionally facilitated to encourage meaningful conversation, personal growth, emotional resilience, and genuine connection. We believe every woman brings unique experiences, gifts, and wisdom to the circle, and that we all have something to teach and something to learn.

Why a Circle?
The circle is one of humanity's oldest symbols of community, equality, and connection.
Within the circle, no one stands above another. There is no head of the table. Every woman enters as both a teacher and a learner, bringing her own experiences, perspectives, and strengths.
In many indigenous and shamanic traditions, the circle represents balance, respect, and the understanding that healing unfolds through relationship—with ourselves, with one another, and with the world around us.
When we gather in circle, we create a space where every voice matters, every story is honored, and every person has the opportunity to grow.
What Makes the Sacred Sisterhood Circle Different?
The Sacred Sisterhood Circle is not group therapy.
It is not a religious service.
It is not a lecture.
It is not simply a support group.
Instead, it is a guided community where women come together to strengthen their emotional well-being, deepen their self-awareness, build meaningful friendships, and learn practical skills that support healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Each gathering is thoughtfully designed to provide encouragement, education, reflection, and authentic connection in an atmosphere of compassion and mutual respect
What to Expect
Each month's gathering is unique, but a typical evening includes:
Shared Dinner
We begin by gathering around the table to enjoy a meal together in our lodge. Sharing food creates an opportunity to slow down, connect naturally, and build friendships before the evening begins.
Opening Circle
We take a few moments to become present, settle into the space, and establish our shared intentions for the evening.
Guided Teaching
Each month explores a topic related to personal growth, emotional wellness, relationships, spirituality, or holistic living. Discussions are facilitated by one or more of the Sacred Innergy practitioners.
Topics may include:
- Self-compassion
- Healthy boundaries
- Managing stress and overwhelm
- Emotional resilience
- Purpose and meaning
- Communication skills
- Mindfulness
- Spiritual wellness
- Building healthy relationships
- Living with intention
Circle Discussion
Participants are invited—but never required—to share their thoughts and experiences. We practice listening deeply, speaking honestly, and supporting one another without trying to fix or judge.
Reflection & Closing
Each gathering concludes with reflection, encouragement, and practical ways to carry what we've learned into everyday life.
Our Circle Agreements
Creating emotional safety requires shared commitment.
Every participant agrees to help protect the integrity of the circle by practicing the following values.
Confidentiality
What is shared within the circle remains within the circle.
Respect
Every woman's journey deserves to be honored without judgment.
Authenticity
We encourage honest sharing while respecting personal boundaries.
Compassion
We listen to understand rather than to respond.
Personal Responsibility
Each woman is responsible for her own choices, healing, and growth.
Presence
Whenever possible, we ask participants to remain fully engaged throughout the gathering.

This Circle May Not Be the Right Fit If...
The Sacred Sisterhood Circle is not intended to replace counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis intervention.
While meaningful healing often happens within community, participants remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.
Our circle also may not be a good fit for those seeking debate, persuasion, or environments centered on convincing others to adopt particular political, religious, or ideological beliefs.
We gather to understand—not to convince.
Dinner & Friendship
Meeting Information
One of the most meaningful parts of the evening is sharing a meal together.
We believe some of life's best conversations happen around the dinner table, where laughter comes easily, friendships naturally grow, and everyone has the opportunity to feel welcomed.
Please note that while dinner is included with your registration, we are unable to accommodate every dietary restriction or food allergy. If you have specific dietary needs, you are welcome to bring a meal that best supports your health.

Your Place Is Waiting
If you've been searching for a place where you can simply be yourself... a place where you are welcomed without judgment, encouraged without pressure, and supported without expectation... we invite you to join us.
The Sacred Sisterhood Circle isn't about having all the answers. It's about walking the journey together.
We believe every woman carries unique wisdom. Every woman has a story worth honoring. Every woman deserves to be part of a community that celebrates her strengths, supports her through life's challenges, and reminds her that she never has to walk alone.
Whether you come to listen, to learn, to laugh, to heal, or simply to share a meal with women who genuinely care, your presence matters here.
Our hope is that each time you leave the circle, you carry with you a little more hope, a little more courage, and a deeper sense of belonging than when you arrived.
Because while we are each responsible for our own healing, we were never meant to heal in isolation.
We are strong enough to stand on our own, but we were never meant to stand alone.
There is a seat waiting for you in the circle.
We would be honored to welcome you.
